Nothing Bundt Cakes

Always came to this location because I was greeted with friendliness all the time especially in the mornings one day decided to come here on a Saturday after sleeping from a 12 hour overnight shift not realizing the time because I'm used to this location closing at 7 when I go did realize I was there 7 mins before they closed on a Saturday a young lady behind the counter was cleaning and didn't greet me or anything but had a nasty demeanor I intentionally went in there for the biscoff cake thinking they'll have it and as I looked around I asked and her response was no... she said it to me with such an attitude and cut her eyes and kept cleaning so I'm looking again and at that point I'm ready to go. I grabbed only 2 cakes and left her she ring me up for my cakes I seen the total on the screen and she didn't say anything until it was time for me to get my receipt and she said would you like your receipt and I said yes cause I will be doing a survey I got the bag and walked out she didn't say anything. When hours of operation is in placed you are to work until then and to throw off your energy on someone because you're ready to go home and a customer comes in that's not any customers fault. It was 553pm when I purchased and walked out and they closed at 6pm so give it grant I can't see if I was a customer that came at 559 holding you up I wasn't regardless the doors are to be closed at 6pm her attitude was the first I've ever experienced at that location and couldn't find my receipt until today and I stated I will be doing a survey because working in customer service her attitude was unacceptable and she shouldn't treat people who spends their money in the establishment any kind of way. Her actions doesn't take away from the location as a whole but I can assure you if I see her at the counter I will just walk out to avoid conflict if I ever had to come to this place 10 mins before they closed. Better yet I will just keep going.

One of the best gluten free cakes I've ever had in my life. Lemon raspberry and chocolate cookie are so good, it's almost, as a friend said, a spiritual moment when you eat it. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is nicely decorated. If you know what you want, I recommend ordering ahead as it can get busy.
