I've been a customer for around 5 or more years and this new management is the worst. Absolutely 100% fob behavior. I call an order in several hours ahead of time, he calls me back during that time, I don't answer, so he gives my order away to someone else without redoing my order. When I arrive, he tells me what he did and why and that he needs 30 minutes to re do my order. If I was a new customer or if it was busy, maybe I'd understand, but I've been ordering the same way for years and I always call in several hours ahead of time so it's ready. This is not the first time that the 'new management ' has done this either, nor did they make any attempt to apologize or keep my business. There's plenty of other halal meat markets around so I'm not concerned. Hopefully they learn a lesson.

Al Hijra Grocery Store is hands-down one of the best places to buy fresh mutton and chicken. The quality is consistently outstanding -- tender, clean, and perfectly cut to suit all types of cooking needs. Whether you're making a rich mutton curry or spicy chicken fry. I came after the management changed you also must try for once. I have the best experience today

There are owners. Very friendly well mannered. I bought lamb leg from them. It was excellent quality.

I'm an asian, and must say I like this store a lot. It's clean and there are a wide variety of products which are well organized. I found lots of essential Asian condiments, snacks, fresh meat and other goodies. Prices are reasonable, and staff are friendly, helpful and quick.

Worst place ever! No one cares, and there is no service at all. They only sell what they like, not what you like. I don't advise going there. If you have to go, I hope you get a different treatment than what I experienced.
