Best bun kabab in US. A must go place.

Nihari was alright, Ali Nihari and Bundoo Khan Nihari are still better for Nihari. Their Bihari kebab masala was awesome, and so was their butter naan. The fried fish was great too. I wouldn't recommend the platter, but the kids still loved it. Falooda was a letdown. It's not a fancy restaurant, but it could definitely use new tables and chairs. Food was served in disposable plates from Sam's club. The owner stopped by our table and mentioned he owned Pak Sweets on Devon until last year. The staff were hardworking and humble.

Having been the previous owner of Pak Sweet, my standards for quality and taste are pretty high, and Karachi Chatkhara has not only met but exceeded them! The bun kabab here is a standout - the patty is perfectly seasoned, the bun is soft, and the chutney adds that essential zing. It's a nostalgic flavor done right. The falsa juice is another highlight. It's the perfect balance of sweet and tart, making it incredibly refreshing, especially on a warm day. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, which makes all the difference. But the real star of the show is the daal chawal with fish. This dish is a revelation! The daal is creamy and flavorful, the chawal is perfectly cooked, and the fish is seasoned and fried to perfection. The combination of these three elements is simply divine. While it's a bit on the expensive side, the quality and taste is good but it's EXPENSIVE!!! Karachi Chatkhara has truly captured the essence of Pakistani cuisine, and I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

We had such an amazing experience at Karachi Chatkhara! We ordered chicken biryani, mutton karahi, Karachi bun kebab, beef samosas, and aloo samosas -- everything was packed with flavor and so delicious. But our absolute favorite was the tandoori chicken -- it was perfectly cooked and bursting with spices. On top of the incredible food, the service was outstanding. Sanju was the nicest host and truly made our experience even better with his hospitality. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for authentic, flavorful food and warm service!
