Chi Tea

I got 2 big birds and a chicken slider. Wasted 30$. All three burgers were undercooked and smelled like raw chicken. The chicken wasn't even cleaned and had a vein in it. And this is not the first time it's happened. The chicken is always undercooked. Also waited like 20-30 mins just to get uncooked food.

I first came here when they open and was pretty good now idk wat happened 8 dollars for loaded fries nd barely if any cheese nothing like the pictures.This is the second time this happened wont happened a third time, last time I buy anything from here

The food was ok at best not 4.5. The place is very aesthetically pleasing which is honestly one of the reasons we decided to give this place a try, the food took a very long time and even though we dined in we were served in to go boxes. Our drink was not given to us until we were almost done with our food and went up to ask where our drink was and it was sitting on the counter the whole time and was not given to us. Customer service is the worst, they have the option for tipping but I don't know why, we had to do all the work got up for our food cleaned up after ourselves and didn't even get our drink. The food is fast food quality at best.

We visited this place and had to wait around 10 minutes before the cashier finally came out of the kitchen and decided to acknowledge us. The self-service order kiosk wasn't working. The cashier looked completely lost -- standing there in a mask, totally spaced out and clearly not interested in doing their job. The food? Awful. The burger was bland and forgettable. The fries were soggy and tasteless. The chicken was tough and overcooked. And to top it off, they threw everything into takeout boxes -- even though we were dining in. Super inconvenient and careless. We also ordered bubble tea, which was equally bad. They made it in under 20 seconds, and it tasted exactly like that -- rushed, low-effort, and just plain nasty. Absolutely nothing stood out in a good way. Everything was subpar or worse. This place is a complete disappointment and a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go to Dave's Hot Chicken instead -- it's 10 times better in every possible way.

Had a little bit of everything. The chicken sandwich was delish. The chicken loaded fries were an amazing value for the price and the horchata tea was spot on with sweetness. Would definitely try this place again when I'm in the area. If you are in the area definitely give it a shot.
